Estimated Delivery 15–20 business days Delivery times vary by location, carrier, and other factors. Please note that customs inspections, public holidays, flight delays, or other force majeure events may extend delivery times. Customers will be notified via email in case of significant delays.

Order Processing Cutoff Time
Daily cutoff time is 5:00 PM (China Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

  • Free shipping applies only to orders within the continental U.S.
  • Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is offered on all orders within the continental U.S.

Order Tracking

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been processed and shipped.

Returns Due to Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • If the error is on our part, we will reship at no additional cost.
  • If the error is due to the customer, reshipping fees apply.
