1. Warranty Period

  • Power Recliner Sofas
    • Motor & Control System: 2 years
    • Structural Frame (metal/wood): 3 years
    • Cushion & Filling: 1 year
  • Fabric Sofas
    • Structural Frame (metal/wood): 3 years
    • Cushion & Filling: 1 year
    • Upholstery Fabric: 1 year (excluding normal wear, stains, or misuse)
  • Leather Sofas
    • Structural Frame (metal/wood): 3 years
    • Cushion & Filling: 1 year
    • Genuine Leather Surface: 1 year (excluding scratches, pet damage, or improper cleaning)

2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies to:

  • Structural damage, cracks, or breakage under normal use.
  • Malfunction or failure of motors and control systems in power sofas.
  • Severe cushion sagging or filling collapse not caused by misuse.
  • Defects in materials or workmanship.

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, fabric fading, or natural aging of leather.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, or sharp objects.
  • Damage from using improper cleaning agents or tools.
  • Damage during transportation, moving, or improper self-assembly.
  • Commercial use (e.g., hotels, clubs, cafés) that results in excessive wear.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To apply for warranty service, customers must provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase.
  • Photos or videos of the issue.
  • A detailed description of the damage.

5. Service Options

  • If the issue is confirmed to be within the warranty scope:
    • Free repair or replacement of parts.
    • If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
  • Warranty service does not include return shipping costs, unless the product arrived with existing quality issues.
